Wonderful and clean place with really friendly and amicable staff. Great and beautiful location to Bude making everything accessible, good for visiting Bude.

Impeccably clean room with a great shower which was easy to control, courteous staff — everything was good.

Perfect place to stay with gorgeous view of the sea and Summerleaze beach. Splendid breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

The hotel's setting was very central and the staff were attentive people from cleaner to duty manager. The bus stop was 100 metres away. We ate at a very pleasant restaurant for evening meals.

Everything was good, with excellent staff, met every demand. The room was decent sized and fashionable and had an exceptional view of the sea. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed, and tea/coffee making equipment, Netflix, and a clock radio. The location

Perfect place for discovering Bude with very polite and welcoming staff from cleaner to duty manager. Marvellous location in Bude short walk to wonderful beaches, the main shopping streets and the coastal footpath.  

The units are spotless with great views.

The staff from start to finish were thoughtful and well experienced. The breakfast in the morning was exceptionally good and complete with coffee machine and large portions, for instance.

Quirky and modern hotel with very competent team from cleaner to duty manager. Location - incredible, so close to the beaches. Besides, very convenient to Compass Point.

The room was large and reasonably priced with storage space and a fantastic view. Its service was first-class. The hotel had an amazing location so close to Bude Beach.

The location was marvellous a few minutes' walk from the beach. There was a very pleasant restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

I really enjoyed it, have never been in a better hotel. Reasonably priced place, had a quite comfortable stay in September. The location was brilliant - just next door to An Mor for sunday lunch, all public areas and the beach and the town
